Cancellation Policy

• Booking will only be confirmed and set once the room payment has been made and booking form completed • All functions require a refundable £100 damage deposit which must be paid no later than 72 hours prior to the function. Deposit will be refunded 5-7 days after the function subject to no damage • Tennis World reserves the right to withhold all or part of your deposit or charge to the host at our discretion, to repair, replace or clean, in the event of any of the following: - Damages or breakages to, or loss of, any property inside or outside Tennis World, including Tennis Courts and surrounding areas. This includes damage to or loss of any fittings, equipment or other property belonging to, or under the care of Tennis World - Damages or breakages as above which are caused by any guests or contractor attending the function named above - Damage caused by spillages or bodily fluids, including excessive vomiting - In the event of a deposit being withheld to replace, repair or clean, a quote or invoice for this work can be provided at request. • Under 18’s are allowed at the function with an accompanying adult • The host or any other guests attending the function agree not to bring and consume their own alcohol at Tennis World, unless agreed prior for a toast (wine or prosecco) subject to a corkage fee of £9. Any other alcohol brought onto site will be confiscated until the end of the function. • External catering can be brought to the premises. Our electrical sockets can be used if PAT tested. • The host and any other guests attending the function agree to conduct themselves in an appropriate and respectful manner with consideration for our property, Staff, members, and neighbours. • Guests are not permitted to access the Tennis or Padel Courts unless booking has been made prior to the function. Anyone who has booked a court may play only if the correct footwear is worn and with the appropriate equipment. All U18s MUST be supervised. Failure to abide by this may result in deposit been held to cover costs.
